Do I need to create an account with TopArchery before I make a purchase. What are the benefits of creating an account?

You can always shop at TopArchery using the "GUEST" checkout option available on the website. But the benefits of being a registered member are listed below for your reference.

  • Registering with us will just take few minutes, but it will save you time the next time you wish to shop with us for a faster checkout.
  • You need not enter the preferred shipping address again for your order in the future.
  • You can save multiple shipping addresses once you register with us.
  • You can track the status of your orders by logging into your account.

  • You can save your items to your wish list or shopping cart and check them at a later date even on other devices.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders ship within 1-3 business days typically, and most orders ship within 2 business days or less!

Will I get a tracking number so I can track my shipment?

Yes, a tracking number will be posted and emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

What is your Return Policy?

We will review returns up to 15 days from the date you received the item(s). You need to contact us for a return in advance. See our Return Policy for more.

How can I add my coupon code?

There is an option of adding the coupon code at the time of checkout. Please make sure your copoun code is unexpired and valid. You are recommended to register and subscribe our newsletter to receive our periodical promotion offers.

I want to know if the product looks exactly the same as the picture?

All the product photos on our website were taken by our own photographers. The product will look exactly like the picture in most cases. However, there could be a slight variation in the color. Sometimes it is because of photography.

Will I get a full refund in case I don’t like the item?

You can return the items if you ordered a wrong color, a wrong item or you don't like it. You will be charged the round trip shipping cost and extra 20% restoring fee of the order total amount. You must contact us for a return in advance and the final decision will be taken by management.

How is the quality of the item?

We pride ourselves in giving the best quality products at reasonable best price. So you can be rest assured that the quality of the products received will definitely surpass your expectation.

What hours are you open?

Our hours are Monday - Saturday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (China Standard Time). Occasionally we may not answer during these hours because we are helping other customers.

How to pay with WeChat?
