Billing Terms & Conditions
- Seller refers to the website owner of TopArcheryShop.com.
- Buyer refers to the person or organization placing the order.
- Goods or services refers to the product(s) for which the buyer has placed an order for with the seller.
All payments are due upon completion of order. If a payment is not received or the payment method is declined, the order will not be placed for the products and no items will be shipped out. The buyer can contact the seller for payment assistance.
Please re-confirm your billing address MUST your shipping address after the payment. All orders that do not follow this rule will be cancelled. Again, apologies for any inconvenience, but this is to protect everyone involved.
We accept the following payment methods:

All orders are reviewed for potential fraud for your protection. While we make every effort to allow orders to process, we reserve the right to cancel any order we believe carries too high a risk. If you believe this determination was made in error, please contact us so we may assist you.
You can pay by PayPal to place your order directly. If you prefer Alipay, WeChat or wire transfer, please contact us or email us at service@TopArcheryShop.com to place your order.
Shipping will be paid by the buyer at the time of purchase. The seller will take all reasonable steps to ensure the protection from loss, damage or destruction of the services or materials it supplies the buyer. If an item is lost during shipping, the seller will ship a new item to the buyer or contact the buyer. Shipping costs may increase on rush orders and special orders. If an item is damaged during shipping, seller will be responsible.
If the buyer purchased wrong item, don't like it or don't need it any more, the buyer can choose to return for refund. The buyer must contact the seller by email service@TopArcheryShop.com or call +86-371-65365128 before returning the item. Not all merchandise is returnable. Round trip shipping charges incurred for returned merchandise is the responsibility of the buyer.
The seller will try their best to ship out the order as soon as possible. So to cancel an order after payment, the buyer must contact the seller within 48 hours of the date of order. The seller will charge the buyer 20% restocking fee if the buyer applies for cancellation more than 48 hours of the date of order or if the order has been shipped out already.
Any complaints about items or the seller should be submitted to our support team. Please email at service@TopArcheryShop.com or call +86-371-65365128. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually and the seller will be in contact.
To have a happy and safe shooting experience, the buyer can contact the seller for archery shooting suggestions in advance. The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the goods or services. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.
